Abstract
In the dynamic
landscape of global business, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved
beyond traditional philanthropic activities to encompass innovative, strategic
initiatives that align with core business objectives. This study explores
contemporary approaches to CSR, emphasizing how organizations are integrating
innovation into their CSR practices to address environmental, social, and
governance (ESG) challenges. By analysing case studies across various
industries and regions, the research highlights how companies leverage
technology, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-driven models to create
shared value. The study also examines the role of innovation in enhancing brand
reputation, customer loyalty, and long-term competitiveness. Findings suggest
that innovative CSR practices not only contribute to societal well-being but
also drive business transformation and resilience in an increasingly conscious
global economy. This paper provides a comprehensive understanding of the
trends, challenges, and future directions of CSR from a contemporary and
innovative perspective.
